Reiki is an ancient, esoteric practice where Universal energy is transferred to the body using hand positions and symbols. Hands are gently placed on or above specific points of the body. Reiki helps to balance the energy centers of the body along the spine (chakras) and assists in healing the body, mind and spirit.
